You are the ultimate custodian of the client relationship and internal team, ensuring our media solutions are not just innovative, but rooted in rigorous planning and measurable business growth.Transparency matters to us.For this role, you can expect a salary between $110,000-$130,000 annually, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Vision:Drive 12‑month business growth plans that move clients from “media buyers” to “business partners.” You will define the whitespace opportunities and navigate the challenges of a fragmented Canadian media landscape.Planning Excellence:Oversee the end‑to‑end media planning process. You’ll ensure that 360‑degree strategies are integrated, data‑driven, and aligned with the customer journey.Thought Leadership:Curate custom learning agendas for clients, bringing the “New & Next” in media, and emerging tech to the forefront.Network & Resource Integration:Possess a deep knowledge of our agency network offerings (Creative, Data, PR, etc.) to pull in the right experts at the right time.Relationship Management:Build high‑trust partnerships at the CMO/Director level,
resulting in top‑tier client satisfaction scores and long‑term retention.Commercial Stewardship:Maintain a deep understanding of responsible financial management and contract negotiations.Team Architecture:Ensure talent and resources are aligned for success. You will mentor a team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.QualificationsThe Experience:10+ years of media‑related experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or people‑management role within a media agency.Strategic Mastery:Previous experience with strategic connections planning and a sophisticated understanding of customer journey mapping.Media Fluency:A “360‑degree” planning background.
