and subrogation opportunitiesManage communication with all parties throughout the claims lifecycleReview losses to ensure proper assignment and file qualityRespond to client complaints and appeals professionally and effectivelySet appropriate reserves based on exposure and authorityReview independent adjuster files when requiredPrepare reports and support special projects as neededWho You ArePost-secondary education in a relevant field2 to 5 years of property claims handling experience, plus customer service experienceCIP designation completed or in progressStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesCareer-minded with a clear interest in long-term growthSalary range is $60,000 to $75,000.This salary range is an estimate for this role. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
