The Customer Service Specialist acts as a primary point of contact for dealers across Canada and the U.S., ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring services are executed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and customers consistently receive a high‑touch,white‑glove experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsabilitiesProcessing and managing customer orders (phone, email,
