What is the opportunity?The Benefit Payment Operations team has an chance for a Senior Administrator who will report to the Director and act as a subject matter expert to Benefit Payment Administrators and other business units as required.What will you do?In this role, the Senior Administrator processes complex transactions, provides technical expertise, supports continuous improvement, projects and training. You will have the opportunity to influence outcomes and help the organization evolve.Handle or support complex transactions or files including but not limited to the following:Wire payments, lump sum payments, stop payments, reissues, recalls, garnishments, reversals, exemption requests, overpayment letters, journalsYear to date adjustments and year end activitiesReconciliation and remittance of fundsSupport the clearing of outstanding breaksProvide direction to BenPay Operations team as required on complex mattersLead or assist with continuous improvement, projects and testing as requiredLead or assist with issue investigation and resolutionLead or support training, cross training and documentationWhat do you need to succeed?Must Have1‑3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Pensions/Benefit Payment System and Operations)Strong collaboration, organizational and time management skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
