If you are not local to our hubs, you may work remotely across Canada or the US.What your team doesAt Clio, the AI team leverages cutting‑edge advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (GenAI) to develop innovative tools that streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and enable legal professionals to focus on what matters most—justice.A day in the life might look likeDevelop advanced machine learning (ML) models using structured and unstructured data to improve Clio’s customer experience.Create Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions to help Clio’s clients save time and create efficiencies.Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify new ML‑driven features for Clio customers.Work in an agile environment with a team of machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and software developers across a variety of projects.What you may haveHands‑on experience in model development, specifically with GenAI, NLP‑based modeling, transformer‑based models, and prompt engineering and evaluation.Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and pre‑processing for complex unstructured data sets.A proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic,
