About the RoleReporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting in the Accounting department, the Accounts Receivable & Accounting Coordinator is responsible for accounting and finance activities related to billing and collections, TTC intercompany reconciliation, business to business customer billing, bank and credit card fees reconciliation, loss revenue compensation and preparation of audit schedules. As a strong communicator and natural business partner, you’ll liaise with the various functional teams across TPA and collaborate with others by building relationships with all stakeholders. The Accounts Receivable & Accounting Coordinator will support a culture of continuous improvement and control to manage risk and increase efficiency and effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesOversee the accounts receivable process, including tracking outstanding invoices, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections from customersParticipate in month-end/year-end closing processes and reconciliation of general ledger accounts: AR Subledger; Related Parties; Intercompany; Allowance for Doubtful AccountsReview AR aging to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; prepare and post bad debt provision as requiredGenerate and send invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies; investigate and resolveany irregularities or enquiriesInitiating collections on past-due accounts and working with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputesReview and analyze all credit cards, mobile,



banking fees and interest earnedDocument and monitoring of internal controls and process improvementsPerform customer account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and resolve discrepanciesEnsuring compliance with all internal and external audit requirementsAssisting in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable processImplement and maintain reporting procedures and processes to comply with internal control requirements and manage riskMaintain well organized electronic archive of financial documentation for all transactionsAssisting in general financial management and analysisComplete other duties as assigned.QualificationsPost-secondary education with a business, finance or accounting focus is required2 years’ progressive experience in an accounting and/or Accounts Receivable departmentStrong understanding of receivables processes, collections, and customer account managementStrong customer service focus and commitment to TPA Core ValuesStrong analytical skills with solid understanding of accounting principles and practicesExcellent time management and prioritization skills, sound initiative, critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimum supervisionStrong problem analysis and solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information skillfully,



identify and resolve problems independently and in a timely mannerExperience with SAP S/4HANA preferredSelf-driven with attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high-quality work product is criticalExcellent relationship building skills in order to develop and sustain client partnerships as well as working in a cross functional environmentExcellent communication, organizational interpersonal and collaboration skillsAble to adapt quickly to change, is proactively flexibleExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, especially Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, "if" and "V/H Lookup" and other financial functions)Possess high degree of professionalism, integrity and respect for confidentialityInternal candidates: Employees must have at least one (1) year of continuous service in their current role to be eligible for applicationJob InformationVacancies: 1 PositionSalary Range: $58,707 - $69,067AI may be used as a support tool in our hiring process.
