The mandate of this role will focus on sizing and solutioning cost optimization projects for branch operations and technology. Your role will involve:Project Sizing and Solutions: Handling a diverse range of tasks, including sizing projects and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Digital Transformation: Leading initiatives to digitize processes, such as improving ATM refill methods and branch maintenance procedures.Collaborative Efforts: Working alongside other team members rather than independently, ensuring a cohesive approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.Business Case Development: Crafting compelling business cases, building models in Excel, and providing necessary inputs to support decision-making.Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities to centralize repairs and maintenance, aiming for a 5-10% cost reduction. You will articulate the rationale, story, and next steps for these initiatives.Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Project Management:
