BCRPA, CanFit-Pro, ACE, NASM etc.).OR a current membership in relevant qualified organizations (e.G. BCAK, CATA, NSCA et.).Emergency First Aid and CPR-CCriminal Records Check with vulnerable sectorAt least 5 years of continuous experience in a similar position.Experience in customer service, recreation,



human/social services or in a leadership role is preferred.Exceptional leadership abilitiesConflict resolution and problem‑solving skillsSolid knowledge of fitness and strength equipmentPhysical abilities to lift and carry equipment up to 45lbsTeamwork and collaboration skillsThe current hourly wage is $30.00 - $40.00 + 12.4% in lieu. This is an entry level position with opportunities for growth. Successful candidates will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
