The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $72,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and landlord representatives, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained workplace that supports business operations.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for site facility requests, issues, and service coordinationOversee and coordinate facility maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and building system servicesConduct job safety reviews with contractors and employees and develop safe work plansProvide on‑site safety orientations for contractors and employees as requiredEnsure all maintenance and service work is properly documented using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and service reportsManage and track facility‑related work orders, service requests, and open work order reportingPerform frequent facility, safety, and security inspections,
documenting findings and tracking corrective actions through resolutionAdminister the Facility Direct ticketing system and schedule preventive maintenance activitiesCoordinate monthly preventive maintenance, cleaning audit walks, eyewash station audits, and 5S audits for stockrooms and storage areasMonitor and manage PPE, cleaning supplies, and facility inventory, including weekly cycle countsWork closely with vendors, contractors, and landlord representatives to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standardReview, approve, and process vendor invoices for Accounts PayableParticipate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies and support scheduled after‑hours maintenance as requiredQualificationsPost‑secondary education or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a related fieldExperience coordinating facility maintenance, vendor services, and safety programsStrong working knowledge of workplace safety requirements and safe work practicesExperience using CMMS systems; SAP experience preferredFamiliarity with 5S principles, audit processes, and inventory controlStrong organizational, documentation, and problem‑solving skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external partnersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentBenefitsJoin an award‑winning culture.
