or protected refugeeHave a valid SIN and legal eligibility to work in CanadaResponsibilitiesSummer Camp Program DeliverySupport the delivery of four weeks of camps for participants in grades 5–10.Assist with speech and debate learning activities.Prepare materials and support daily operations.Help create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment.Program Development & QualitySupport the development of new programming (such as French and public speaking).Assist with lesson plans, activities, and resources.Contribute to training materials and program evaluation.Support program improvement by researching approaches to youth education and skills development.Community Engagement & CommunicationsSupport outreach to youth membership, family supporters, schools, and community partners/groups.Create social media and marketing content.Track and report on community engagement metrics.Assist with event planning and engagement activities.Core Qualifications & SkillsPost-secondary education (in progress or completed).Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check.Strong written and spoken communication skills.Organized, adaptable, and self-motivated.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
