IT Operations & Service ReliabilityGuarantee high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems and services.Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex technical and operational issues.Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts.Proactively monitor systems, logs, alerts, and dashboards to detect and resolve issues.Manage system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities.2. Systems, Infrastructure & IdentityAdminister and support Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization, and storage solutions.Manage identity and access systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA).Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).Collaborate with network teams on LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall configurations.3. Security, Compliance & RiskEnforce security standards, access controls, and operational best practices.Participate in vulnerability management, patch compliance, and security remediation.Support audits, compliance initiatives, and incident investigations.Ensure robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are tested and effective.4. Process Improvement & DocumentationDevelop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and SOPs.Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.Track and report operational metrics (incidents, uptime, SLA performance).Drive continuous improvement across IT operations and service delivery.We would love to hear from you if you haveA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration,
