Marketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator will strengthen community engagement by planning and delivering digital communication strategies that promote youth programs, mental health supports, newcomer services, and community food security initiatives. The participant will create social media content calendars, design graphics and short‑form videos, draft outreach messages, update website content, prepare newsletters, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.They will monitor analytics, track engagement metrics, and recommend strategy adjustments based on data insights. The participant will also support partner campaigns, produce promotional materials for community events, document activities through photography and videography, and contribute to inclusive communications that reflect diverse cultural and linguistic audiences.The participant will use a range of digital tools including website content management systems, Canva and similar design platforms, social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, analytics dashboards, and responsible AI‑assisted tools for idea generation and content planning. They will collaborate with program teams to ensure accurate messaging, coordinate timelines, and implement digital engagement activities that enhance access for children, youth, and vulnerable newcomers.This role develops robust transferable skills in digital media, creative problem‑solving, communication, project coordination, analytics interpretation, and community‑focused outreach. The position directly fulfills national priorities for digital and foundational AI exposure, and local priorities supporting children and youth, mental health promotion, food security events,
