Role: CSE/Complex Care - Clinical Team LeadSalary/Advantages: Up to £50,000 depending on experienceHours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)Location: Yorkshire region (East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire & West Humberside)Main duties of the jobYou will act as the clinical lead for the CSE/CC services in the Yorkshire and West Humberside region. Your responsibilities include coordinating assessments and interventions, providing guidance and feedback on clinical recommendations, supporting multi‑agency risk assessments in relation to CSE, offering consultation and advice to operational and educational colleagues, and delivering training packages and bespoke workshops for teams. You will manage a small caseload of direct work with young people and collaborate closely with the regional manager and the regional lead for education to ensure aligned working.Candidate Profile & QualificationsSuccessful candidates will possess:Extensive knowledge of CSE/CC and experience in multi‑agency safeguarding.Clinical practice within the area of systemic work with adolescents and children in residential care.Experience supervising both clinical and non‑clinical colleagues, and delivering therapeutic interventions, risk assessment and planning.Registration with a relevant professional body (HCPC, NMC, SWE, BABCP) and qualifications to offer assessments and interventions.Strong team‑working, communication, organisational and time‑management skills.A warm, nurturing, compassionate, and reflective stance, with an understanding of trauma and attachment.Applicants from Practitioner Psychologists, registered Mental Health Nurses, Therapists, Therapeutic Social Workers and Psychotherapists are welcome.BenefitsIn return we offer clinical supervision, training and CPD, peer support and a supportive working environment.All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks.
