Parts Clerk Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Clerk provides professional and personalized customer service, both in-store and over the phone. Attentive to customer needs, she provides sound advice to clients on parts and equipment selection, ensures rigorous order tracking, and strives to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role as a Parts Clerk: For internal clients: Assist mechanics by quickly identifying the parts needed for their repairs. Manage work orders, ensuring each parts request is completed and tracked. Participate in inventory management to ensure nothing is ever missing when the team needs it. For external clients: Greet clients professionally and warmly, offering personalized service. Advise on and sell parts and equipment based on their specific needs. Follow up on orders and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction. As an ideal candidate, you have : DEP in parts consulting and sales, in a related field or experience deemed equivalent Basic mechanical knowledge Knowledge of agriculture, machinery, tractors and related products is an asset Strong customer service and sales skills Good ability on computers You are : cooperative, enthusiastic and helpful curious, organized and effective Available to do a Saturday morning and an on-call shift for our emergency service (in rotation) Welcome to the students in a work-study program of Diploma of Vocational Studies in motorized equipment parts.
