and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.No formal degree or educational background is required for this project. We value native‑level fluency, a deep practical understanding of social media trends, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances. Experience in content moderation, digital media analysis, or community‑based projects is a significant plus. Transparent, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.We offer a pay range of $16‑to‑$28 per hour.
