This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Successful candidates will contribute to sustainable farming practices and high-quality organic crop production.Wage: $22.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per weekEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-timeSchedule: Early morning, morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts as requiredStart Date: As soon as possibleWork Location: On site (no remote work option)Key ResponsibilitiesHarvest crops and examine produce for quality and market readinessCultivate crops, including work on vertical farming systemsMonitor water saturation, light, and temperature as instructedLoad, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produceClear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areasClean greenhouses and maintain general farm cleanlinessOperate and maintain farm machinery and equipmentDetect crop health issues and report concernsOrganize planting, cultivating,
