We are not just executing scopes, we are building long term partnerships through strong performance and professional leadership.The OpportunityMSCP has been awarded a major electrical scope for an upcoming industrial turnaround.Core PurposeWe are looking for a General Foreman to take on a senior field leadership role as a primary representative for MSCP on site. This role carries full accountability over field execution consistency, safety, and quality across all projects while developing Foremen into confident, capable leaders.Position SummaryThe General Foreman position is evolving to focus on operational leadership and execution consistency across MSCP projects.The role serves as the primary link between strategic leadership and field execution and is accountable for ensuring work is prepared, crews are supported, and standards are consistently applied.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & ConsistencyEnsure work readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards across all projectsReduce variation in field execution through standardized processes and proceduresMaintain accountability for manpower planning, resource allocation, and efficiencyImplement initiatives that strengthen field performance and reduce reworkDrive Continuous Improvements from projects to improve future executionMonitor and improve productivity metrics (time-on-tools,
