Your role supports the growth of Wawanesa’s commercial insurance portfolio in Quebec and across Canada.Job ResponsibilitiesFleet Management and Analysis – risk analysis using technology and external data to quote, negotiate, and authorize risk acceptance.Knowledge Sharing – contribute to the team’s training and promote collective excellence.Portfolio Development in Quebec – work with broker partners to grow the Quebec region portfolio.Participate in rapidly growing department – support business objectives and drive personal/professional development.Fleet Development – evolve and manage the fleet for Wawanesa’s Commercial Insurance department.Networking and Collaboration – maintain relationships with broker partners and industry events.Pricing and Renewal Management – assess policy renewal eligibility and strengthen customer retention.Customer Service Excellence – serve as primary contact for policyholders, providing expert and responsive service.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Commercial Auto Property and Casualty industry experience.Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).Post‑secondary education or related business experience.Completed or actively pursuing a Property & Casualty Industry Designation (e.G., CIP).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software.Excellent attention to detail and comprehensive information review.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with justification abilities.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to present information persuasively.Ability to multi‑task, prioritize daily work, meet deadlines, and maintain high performance.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & BelongingWawanesa is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and belonging workplace.
