Douglas College seeks a Workplace Communications/Career Coach to support the Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants program across campuses. You will deliver individualized employment assistance, resume/cover letter support and interview practice to internationally educated professionals. The role involves 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with online and in-person coaching, using MS Teams and Blackboard. You’ll help clients gain workplace confidence and find sustainable employment.
