We find and hire employees passionate about helping people protect their families and provide a supportive workplace.Responsibilities As an Associate Sales Director you will provide inside sales support for Sales Directors, including marketing products and concepts to advisors, consulting with advisors on cases, comparing ivari’s product offerings with competitors, and using sales concepts to meet client needs.Proactively develop and maintain key relationships within the regionLiaise between producers/advisors and head office to ensure the highest standard of serviceIdentify training needs and recommend sales/marketing solutions focused on maximizing salesProvide marketing, product and administrative support, including sales calls and database developmentImplement and sustain a call rotation and activity level that allows you to focus on our key advisorsSupport the different WFG offices and staff.Provide basic training through one‑on‑one sessions and large group presentationsAttend WFG related events (in person and virtual) throughout the year (including occasional evening and weekend work) and some travel may be requiredWork virtually out of your home base in the Greater Toronto Area, with occasional visits to WFG offices in the territory when necessaryQualificationsProven problem‑solving,
