Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst & AdministratorFull-timeDepartment: Health, Safety & EnvironmentLocation: Toronto, ONWe are currently seeking a qualified and detail‑oriented Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst & Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. The Health & Safety Analyst & Administrator will support the team with administrative, data‑related duties and liaise closely with the Field Services team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Environment, Safety & Health Director and team with administrative duties, including maintaining records and data in both electronic and hard‑copy formats.Provide Environmental, Safety & Health data and information to all Integrated Project Team (IPT) members as required.Liaise with Environment, Safety & Health and Field Services teams to capture data from all ESH field engagements.Develop and maintain data input methods using Microsoft Power Apps or Microsoft Forms to store ESH data within the common data workplace.Record details, findings and corrective actions from ESH field engagements.Prepare, update, maintain and distribute project Environmental, Safety & Health statistics.Ensure all statistics are complete, accurate and up to date.Prepare and distribute statistical summaries and reports as required.Update, file and maintain all project Environmental, Safety & Health records.Maintain logs of Environmental, Safety & Health document submittals and review comments, including submissions from the IPT to contractors and from contractors to the IPT.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative, reporting or data‑driven roles within Health & Safety or regulated construction environments.Advanced analytical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including the ability to manage,
analyze and present safety performance data.Experience using document control systems and enterprise data management tools, with a track record of maintaining data integrity.Ability to manage high volumes of work across multiple priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven project environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, dashboards and correspondence for management‑level audiences.Strong organizational, planning skills and exceptional attention to detail.Capability to build trusted, collaborative working relationships with project teams, contractors and client representatives.Experience supporting large infrastructure, construction or mega‑project environments is a strong asset.SalaryBase Annual Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year. This figure represents base salary only and does not include other elements of the Total Rewards offering.
