This is a permanent on‑site position with a rotational 5/4 schedule (12‑hour shifts). The role involves managing the social, commercial, and technical processes of a front‑line team to meet maintenance and/or production goals in safety, reliability, efficiency, and quality.Key responsibilities include:Manage systems within the area of accountability to achieve the following outputs.Ensure zero harm to employees, business, environment,



and community.Achieve or exceed production quality and quantity targets while maximizing economic resources and recovery. Attain total product, unit cost, and capital expenditure targets.Review and communicate risk management situations with crew members at line‑up and field discussions.
