In this role, you’ll develop, coordinate, and maintain mechanical BIM models for new construction, interior renovations, and building retrofits. Working closely with engineers, CAD technicians, and multidisciplinary teams across all phases of design and construction. If you’re detail-driven and passionate about BIM coordination and constructible design, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.Your daily impactDevelop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and related systems) using RevitTranslate engineering concepts, sketches, and calculations into accurate, coordinated BIM models and construction documentsSupport BIM coordination and clash detection with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplinesImplement project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), firm standards, and modeling best practicesAssist in the production of drawings, schedules, and quantities extracted from BIM modelsIncorporate site survey information, field conditions,
