Lift up to 50 lbs.Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.Participate in regular housekeeping activities to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.Ensure proper disposal of waste materials by transporting them to designated waste disposal sites.QualityEnsure consistent and reliable production processes by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines and drawings.Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.Record production activities (foresight, SAP, traveler, etc.) accurately as per company requirements.MaintenancePerform routine and preventive upkeep (including cleaning)



and inspections of department equipment to ensure proper functionality.Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the team lead or supervisor immediately.Ensure proper tools management (storage, maintenance, etc.) and maintain an accurate inventory of tools.Specific ResponsibilitiesOperate cranes to rig, lift, transport, and load coils on and to work tables; support critical lifts within the department (gantry moves).Perform crimping lead terminations, heat shrink installations, taps preparation/installations, and testing.Clean and prepare surfaces (coils, conductor, taps, etc.) to be welded.Build/repair end‑rings, filling gaps and end‑rings (Permabond, other chemicals, etc.).Check and remove foreign objects (bolts, residue wire) from coil ducts.Learn pre and post crimping operations.Perform duties related to building resistors, casing and internal component assembly, and potting.Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools, and power tools.Check and read drawings, blueprints, and other manufacturing documents.Replenish material as needed for continuous production; report material shortage to supervisor immediately.Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency.Operate various powered industrial trucks, cranes, scissor lifts,
