The ideal candidate will work closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with portfolio management workflows, financial accuracy, and long-term modernization goals.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFunctional Design & ModernizationLead the definition of target‑state functional capabilities for ClientLinkDevelop functional specifications, use cases and user journeys, and user stories with explicit acceptance criteriaTranslate legacy system behavior into modern, modular, scalable designsDefine business rules, data flows, and system interactionsIdentify gaps between current‑state legacy ClientLink and future‑state modernized architectureData & System AnalysisAnalyze and validate end‑to‑end flows for transactions, positions, valuations, and performancePerform hands‑on SQL analysis for data reconciliation, validation, and issue investigationTrace and validate data lineage across upstream systems (e.G., security master, transaction feeds); ClientLink processing (batch engines, financial calculations); downstream consumers (reporting platforms and external applications)System Design & IntegrationDefine and document API contracts, including payload‑based and file‑based integrationsDocument batch, real‑time, and event‑driven processing flowsCollaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, modernization‑aligned designsIdentify failure points, edge cases,
