They are expected to represent the Corporate Development function with all major stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOversees the annual strategic planning process in conjunction with the Regional and Corporate teamsSpearheads corporate development opportunities, partnering with Finance, Marketing, and other operating areasDrives strategy/business case developmentEngages with department leaders to obtain buy‑in for cross‑functional projectsStoryboards and gives presentations to department leaders on key initiativesIdentifies, assesses, and prioritizes market extension opportunities (e.G., new services, solutions, business models)Identifies potential complex strategic initiatives across the businessAdvises and leads internal consulting projects focused on new markets/products, growth initiatives or profitability improvementsWorks with the Corporate Development Vice Presidents and other senior leaders in the compilation and analysis of strategy, M&A, Real Estate, long‑term capital and operating budget allocation, new market entry, technology assessment, DC product planning, and other corporate development initiatives for the companyOversees the analysis of customer footprints and deployments with EquinixProvides recommendations on how to win new customers and grow business with existing customersProactively identifies emerging industry and market trends, including tracking competitive activity,



and provides insights to the operation regarding these trendsIdentifies opportunities for increased customer engagementInfluences decisions of key stakeholders throughout the companyOversees Corporate Development priorities that are aligned with the businessQualifications10+ years of business experience, preferably in Investment Banking/Top‑tier Management Consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology companyBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred; CPA or MBA a plusPay RangeUnited States – Dallas Infomart Office (DAI): $177,000 – $265,000 USD / AnnualCanada – Toronto Office (TRO): $166,000 – $248,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full‑time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
