Our model is designed to fit within the benefits ecosystem, making it easier for employers to deliver meaningful care while improving outcomes and creating measurable value for benefits partners.As we grow, we are looking for someone who understands this market, sees the strategic value of women’s health for reducing absenteeism, improving productivity, and strengthening retention, and is excited to help scale a solution that is becoming increasingly important across the group perks landscape.The OpportunityWe are looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Account Manager with experience in group benefits, insurance, benefits advisory, or a client-facing commercial role within an organization serving employer benefit clients.You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic relationships while identifying and advancing new opportunities across insurers, advisors, brokers, and plan sponsors.Success in this role requires both sales discipline and thoughtful account strategy. You know how to build relationships that drive growth, map stakeholders across an organization, and develop multiple champions who support adoption, retention, and expansion. You are also comfortable building pipeline, contributing to forecast visibility, and working toward targets with accountability.You understand how group benefits work, how decisions are made, and how to position value in a way that drives action. You are proactive, credible in market, and motivated by both relationship-building and commercial growth. You are energized by the opportunity to bring forward a high-value women’s health solution and can connect its impact to better outcomes, stronger engagement, and measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Business DevelopmentOwn growth within a portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and advancing new revenue opportunitiesBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, relationship development, and market activityPosition sanoLiving’s services in a way that drives awareness, adoption,



and commercial growthClearly communicate the value of sanoLiving’s women’s health offering in terms of member outcomes, client value, and ROIIdentify opportunities to expand within existing accounts, including broader adoption, new stakeholders, and new lines of businessContribute to pipeline management, forecast visibility, and revenue target trackingStrategic Account Management & Relationship OwnershipOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic relationships across insurers, advisors, brokers, and plan sponsorsBuild and maintain trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders and levels within client organizationsMap accounts strategically, build relationship plans, and develop multiple champions within each organizationLead client and partner conversations focused on growth, engagement, retention, and long-term valueSupport renewals, pricing discussions, and contract expansion conversationsMonitor engagement, utilization, and overall account performanceWork with clients and partners to strengthen participation and outcomesLead account reviews and performance discussions, including reporting, insights, ROI, and business impactHelp clients connect sanoLiving’s outcomes to workforce, benefits, and retention objectivesMarket Presence & Relationship BuildingRepresent sanoLiving in the market through meetings, events, partner conversations, and industry networkingBuild relationships across the Canadian group benefits ecosystem to strengthen awareness, credibility, and opportunity flowStay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunitiesHelp partners and clients understand the strategic value of women’s health within group benefitsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing to support campaigns, events, and outreach that drive awareness, pipeline, and client engagementWork closely with operations and clinical teams to support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account successBring client and market feedback into product, positioning, and commercial strategyHelp ensure a robust client experience while maintaining a clear focus on growth, retention, and expansionQualifications3–6 years of experience in group benefits, insurance, benefits advisory,
