influencing and stakeholder/interpersonal management skills at all levels; you show an ability to lead and guide without formal authority.You are on the lookout for new trends in the aerospace field and continuous improvement.You demonstrate a facility to manage multiple priorities and overcome setbacks.You like to have a high level of responsibility.You are recognized as having a high level of initiative, autonomy, and innovation, and you have a good practical sense.Analytical mindset for metrics and performance tracking.You master Microsoft Office and Teams tools including MS Project.You can work on site at our Pearson facility (Toronto) at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as required.You can travel for work up to 25% to Montreal or to international locations, depending on business needs.An ability to work in Spanish and/or French is not required but would be considered an asset.The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $71,200 to CAD $113,700 per year.
