Job SummaryOur client is seeking anInside Sales Managerto execute and oversee sales objectives across their multi-layered business model. This role will be responsible for all aspects of sales to their renewable energy clientele, including selling solar PV systems, training packages, and franchise licenses. The ideal candidate will bring previous sales experience within a solar PV company and will offer a strong blend of strategy, sales ability, technical understanding, and commercial insight. This person will be expected to think strategically while also remaining hands‑on in the day-to-day sales process, including inbound and outbound sales activity, managing customer expectations, providing feedback to leadership, and reporting on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company sales with the goal of growing market presence and increasing revenueManage sales activity nationwide with a focus on growing revenue and improving profit marginsCollaborate with customers and strategic partners to develop innovative sales strategies and bring forward new opportunitiesRepresent the company at trade shows and association meetings to expand the network and generate recent businessProvide leadership, training,
