This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established team delivering essential infrastructure projects across the region.You would play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial and residential plumbing, HVAC, gas, and mechanical projects across Metro Vancouver. The position would focus on coordinating project schedules, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and communication to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.This is a hybrid role available to candidates based in Vancouver, Recent Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Richmond, North Vancouver, and Maple Ridge.ResponsibilitiesAssisting Project Managers with the coordination of plumbing and mechanical construction projects from start to finishScheduling labour,
subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain project timelinesPreparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentationCoordinating with field crews, suppliers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure smooth project executionMonitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules while identifying and resolving potential issues proactivelySupporting procurement of mechanical equipment and plumbing materials including HVAC systems, pumps, piping, and specialty systemsEnsuring projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectationsAssisting with project closeout documentation, deficiencies, commissioning, and turnover packagesMaintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleQualifications2+ years’ experience in mechanical, plumbing or HVAC construction.Proficient in software such as MS Office suite and document control platforms.Strong communication and organizational skills.CompensationSalary: $65,000 - $90,000 DOEHybrid working arrangementExtended Benefits PackageCareer Progression OpportunitiesWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
