The core focus is oncommercial real estate transactions, with some residential real‑estate, corporate financing/loan support and administrative overlap. You will assist the senior partner with high‑value deals, support the junior associate on residential workflow, and help optimise firm‑wide operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManagecommercial real estate files(sales, acquisitions, leasing, refinancing, large‑scale financing) from document drafting through closing.Supportresidential real‑estate transactionshandled by the junior associate: open/close files, coordinate with agents/lenders/title companies, prepare documentation and schedule closings.Providecorporate transaction and financing support : entity resolutions, minute‑book maintenance, large commercial loans, valuations, lender deliverables and document management.Use technology effectively: document management systems (e.G., iManage or equivalent), e‑signature platforms, conveyancing software, secure file tracking and version control.Handleadministrative tasks and support personnel :
