The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, CRM systems, and retail operations, with experience working with major grocery retailers.ResponsibilitiesEnter and process key account orders efficientlyHandle routine customer inquiries, respond to emails, and follow up on customer requestsAdvise buyers and personnel on product availability, inventory levels, and sales toolsCommunicate with operations team on incoming and outbound shipmentsManage the entire GS1 listing process (Create, upload, confirm listings)Manage the retailer portal item listing process (Create, upload, confirm listings)Assist in organizing and supporting regional trade shows and sales meetingsRequired Experience & Skills2 years of experience in a corporate customer service/sales environment.1-2 years of experience using NetSuite, or a similar ERP, for order entry and customer serviceBeneficial Experience & SkillsExperience working withLoblaws AWF System,
