Y3 CONVENIENCE STORE in Grande Prairie, Alberta is now hiring a Permanent Full time Retail Sales Supervisor.Duties Includes:Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiersAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedulesAuthorize payments and the return of merchandiseResolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortagesMaintain specified inventory and order merchandisePrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel mattersArrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performanceEnsure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanlinessMay perform the same duties as workers supervisedOpening and closing the store and signing for deliveries.Wages and Benefits: Wages $21.00 per hourly, for 40 hours per week.Work Experience: Must have at least 1 year of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson and in cashiering is usually required.
