Job Title:Customer Service - WarehouseJob Type:Temporary ongoingLocation:Kingston, ONShift/Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pmPay Rate:$20.00/hrThis role is responsible for various duties including supporting warehouse operations, and act as the primary point of contact for branches, couriers and internal department on behalf of the warehouse.Responsibilities:Obtain orders, sort and distribute them based on service commitment, area of picking and special requirements on the order. Ensure that special instructions are communicated to the team.Resolves issues with branches / procurement team when the warehouse is unable to meet the requirements outlined by the orderArrange pickup of return goods and book inbound receiving appointmentsPost in the System as required and file documents for all completed shipmentsMonitors incoming email and phone communication and ensure that all inquiries and requests are responded to in a timely mannerQualifications:Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in a customer service role.Excel and AS400 experience, with a great memory for codes.Strong analytical and problem - solving skillsHigh level of customer service skillsProven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasksProfessional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMust have solid knowledge of MS Office including Excel and WordPersonal transportation to the work location will be seen as an assetWork Conditions:This role will operate within a fast-paced warehouse environment.We acknowledge that software used in our recruitment and selection process may have Artificial Intelligence components built in but confirm that all work assignment decisions are made by our expertly trained staff.
