One weekend day will be included in this schedule.The CSR role includes a range of responsibilities that directly contribute to the efficient and effective daily operation of the hospital. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for, and appreciated! Additional responsibilities and qualities required for this role are:ResponsibilitiesCreate a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parentsCreate and maintain client and patient records effectivelyReliably document all interactions in the patient's recordsAbility to answer a multiline phone systemTrack and schedule appointments effectivelyPlacing outbound calls to pet parents for follow‑upRespond and manage email and text correspondenceInvoicing, billing, and processing paymentsGeneral housekeeping duties; cleanliness of client‑facing areas and common areasWillingness to learn more regarding veterinary services,
