Such as festivals, concerts, and Soccer Watch Parties. Our team will encourage guests and attendees to play fun lawn games and answer informative trivia. Informing the public of how BCLC gives back to British Columbians everywhere!To excel in this role, you will havestrong customer service skills and sense of leadership,in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is required, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.Brand Ambassadors ResponsibilitiesArriving to footprint 15 minutes early to be prepped for the shiftProviding excellent customer service to guestsHandling assets with extreme careSupporting the Supervisor and Team Lead with tasksTracking any problems and reporting them to the SupervisorCompleting a nightly report and sending it to the SupervisorFamiliarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.Answering any questions from guests that are within their scopeMonitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsiteRepresenting the company in a fun and qualified mannerMaintaining a positive image of the brand at all timesActive participation in set up/tear down/opening/closing tasksWilling carry and help set up branded event assets such as tents and tablesAll of the above andSecondary manager of team on siteLiaison between Brand Ambassadors,
