collaborative minds to join our best-in-class Aecon community!What is the Opportunity?The HR Systems Analyst supports the ongoing maintenance, functionality, and enhancement of the SuccessFactors HRIS and broader HR Technology ecosystem. This role focuses on day-to-day configuration, testing, documentation, and user support to ensure smooth and reliable HR system operations. Working closely with HR team members, the Analyst helps translate business needs into system solutions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Technology.Please note this is a 12-month contract opportunity and requires on site work downtown Toronto five days a week.What You’ll Do Here:Requirements Gathering & DocumentationFacilitate requirements-gathering discussions to understand HR system needsDocument processes, configuration changes, meeting notes, and testing outcomesSupport the development of user guides, training content, and communication materials for system updatesSystem Configuration & TestingAssist with configuring and testing enhancements for various SuccessFactors modulesExecute UAT test cases, record results,



and identify defects or issuesSupport movement of configuration changes from QA to PRODData Management & ReportingSupport data clean-up efforts and routine data auditsRun standard reports and assist with analysisAssist with maintaining HR dashboards in PowerBI.Stakeholder CollaborationWork with HR team members and business units to gather feedbackProvide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progressRespond to system inquiries and troubleshoot issuesWhat You Bring to the Team:1–3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience supporting or configuring at least one SuccessFactors module (EC, RCM/RMK, ONB and Time Off)Experience with transforming data in PowerBIExposure to testing, requirements gathering, or HR tech projectsStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical infoComfortable in fast-paced environmentsCollaborative, customer-service oriented mindsetSolid problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionReason for vacancy: ReplacementThe expected salary range for this opportunity is $75,000-$80,000Aecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
