It’s about understanding what really matters to customers, thinking creatively, and bringing genuine value to every conversation.To learn more about Flight Centre, please note this posting reflects an active vacancy that we are currently seeking to fill.What You Will Be DoingConvert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversationsWork toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every saleSell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insuranceBuild a loyal base of new and repeat customers - from simple domestic trips to complex international holidaysManage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environmentUse booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book,
