This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where we prioritize a team-based approach to files, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere.DutiesProvide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters, including divorce, parenting, high conflict litigation, ADR, support, and property division.Conduct legal research to support case preparation.Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations,
