Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver technical advisory services on accounting matters • Guide clients through go-public strategies and milestones • Research accounting issues and document findings • Draft financial statements and related disclosures • Collaborate with various internal teams for comprehensive support

Requirements: • CPA required or in pursuit • 3-4 years post-qualification public accounting experience • Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications • Flexibility to travel if necessary
