The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at locations in Halifax Nova Scotia, Montreal Quebec, or Waterloo Ontario.ScheduleRotating work schedule to accommodate customer calls from various time zones, with start times between 8:00 am - 12:00 am AST / 7:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and Saturday-Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm AST / 8 am to 8 pm EST. The role requires flexibility as client demand varies.
