This position interacts with customers to answer product, service, and billing questions and assist with customer requests. To be successful in this role, the incumbent must be an excellent communicator, possess solid verbal and written communication skills and have a customer focused attitude.The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalismReceiving and placing customer service telephone calls, completing web forms and responding to emailsEntering and processing orders for new and existing customersInvestigating issues and resolving customer complaintsUpdating and managing customer databasesActively promoting Terminix products and servicesMonitoring the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleRelaying work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field managementConstantly improving results by adhering to a philosophy of service excellence,
