Reporting to the Director, Engineering, this individual will lead a team of 4-6 skilled Software Quality Engineers and provide technical leadership and ownership of the entire software testing infrastructure and test strategy. This role requires deep, holistic knowledge of complex distributed systems from a software testing perspective, covering database testing, API-level test development, front‑end test automation, performance testing, and DevOps & CI/CD.This is a mid‑sized company that specializes in providing SaaS‑based software solutions to a global, telecom‑focused client base. The company is 100% remote‑friendly, with the exception that only candidates residing within Ontario will be considered.About YouB.S. degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.2+ years of people leadership experience (managerial or team lead)
