You will lead scheduling teams, oversee integrated master schedules, and provide strategic insights to support successful project delivery while promoting the values, purpose, and vision of Turner & Townsend.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and governance for project planning and schedulingManage and mentor scheduling teams, driving consistency and performanceDevelop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6Lead WBS and CBS development, resource forecasting, and labour histogramsPerform schedule analysis including critical path, logic checks, and risk assessmentsReview testing and commissioning schedules to ensure milestone alignmentDeliver clear schedule insights and recommendations to senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirementsQualifications8–10 years of experiencein project planning and schedulingBachelor’s degreein Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related fieldExperience deliveringnatural resources projects(e.G., mining, energy, utilities)Advanced proficiency withPrimavera P6Proventeam management and leadershipexperienceStrong communication skills and ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environmentsAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this full-time role is$125,000.00 - $175,000.00per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
