The role in a nutshellBase Salary: CAD $59,688.00 - 91,109.00Responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify the most effective ways for existing business processes, implementation of new applications/software within Growth & Client ServiceCreate procedure documentation for existing & new processes/procedures, and offer support to maximize the effectiveness of all business/process changes associated with Growth & Client ServiceBe a bridge between “Growth & Client Service” and GreenShield stakeholders for investigation and resolution of process related inconsistencies and/or incidents encountered within the department. Identify gaps, take part in solution testing and take responsibility for communicating changes & new functionality to end usersManage projects, create project plans and define project roles and responsibilities. Work in close collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders. Identify potential issues and proactively find solutions to ensure delivery of desired outcomes.Act as a mentor & provide support to all team members within the Centralized Services TeamCollaborative team player who continuously strives to improve the client experience, our team, and our processesKnowledge Management Champion – responsible for maintenance/new additions and required updates within the application as well as training/education for end users within Growth & Client ServiceProvide support to Plan Sponsors when needed; actively finding solutions to issues and share ideas with team members that could improve service delivery and processes.
