HR Systems AnalystJob ID: 6835Location: Burnaby, BCContract: Short‑term / Full‑time (approx. 18 months)Salary: $85,649 – $100,764 annually (commensurate with education, experience and internal parity)Reporting to the Manager of HR Digital Solutions, the HR Systems Analyst will support existing HR applications and maximize the use of the PeopleSoft Talent Management System. Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support and acting as the primary point of contact for system issues and problem resolution.Conducting system training for users.Gathering business requirements and conducting feasibility/impact analyses on HR applications.Ensuring processes, services, and technology solutions are maintained to meet the business needs of the branch.Candidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in human resources management, information systems, organizational management, or a related discipline.Considerable experience supporting a corporate HR system, including experience with SQL/SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, XML, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Query, and other reporting/analysis tools such as MS Excel.Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience acceptable.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Payroll modules.Deep understanding of HR functionality, processes,
