Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your primary focus will be improving the performance and reliability of plant systems. You will work collaboratively with different teams for troubleshooting, project management, and root cause analysis. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to enhance equipment functionality and maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee installation and testing of manufacturing equipment • Provide hands-on technical support to operations staff • Lead cross-functional project coordination for equipment enhancements • Create and document maintenance procedures for systems • Implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution • At least 5 years in a manufacturing role • Experience with programming automation systems • Proven project management capabilities • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
