This role involves interpreting mechanical drawings, ensuring compliance with the BC Plumbing Code, and maintaining high standards for quality, customer service, and safety. You will manage your workflow and documentation using ServiceTitan, ensure timely job completion, and play a key role in mentoring apprentices and maintaining project profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and repair water supply, drainage, and hydronic systemsInterpret blueprints, drawings, and job specificationsRough‑in and finish plumbing for new builds and renovationsPerform system diagnostics and implement repairsQuote service repairs using ServiceTitan’s pricebookMaintain transparent, thorough records in ServiceTitan, including photos, materials used, and time trackingSupport site safety and WorkSafeBC complianceMentor apprentices and provide on‑site guidance and coachingParticipate in toolbox meetings and contribute to process improvementsEnsure job site is clean, organized,
