This role supports staff, manages a wide range of administrative tasks, and maintains an organized and efficient workplace environment. This role also involves providing administrative support to senior leadership and executives, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and facilitating communication to ensure priorities and deadlines are met efficiently.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflows and high service standardsHandle incoming calls, emails,
and general inquiries in a professional mannerMaintain and monitor office supplies and equipment inventory in all locations, and place orders when neededManage office functions including reception, mail distribution and document preparationCoordinate end-to-end logistics for staff meetings and events, including scheduling, materials, and vendor supportCoordinate catering and meal arrangements for meetings and events, including ordering lunch and managing dietary requirements as neededCoordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations and rental, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to budgetManage timely replacement of toner cartridgesPrepare and edit documents, trackers and presentations using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft WordMaintain cleanliness and stock levels of office beverage stationsSource, negotiate and manage relationships with office vendors and service providersProvide administrative and operational support to the leadership team and cross-functional departments as neededOther related duties as assignedRequirementsProven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar roleCertificate/Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Maintain a professional,
