We’re looking for aQuality Control Technician I (QC Tech I)to join our team and help ensure adherence toGood Documentation Practices (GDP) ,Good Production Practices (GPP), andHealth Canada regulations. In this role, your responsibilities will include in-process checks, reviewing documentation, approving room and equipment releases, and supporting product sampling. If you have a background in science or cannabis, solid analytical skills, and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What You’ll Be DoingPerforming surface, equipment, and environmental swabbing to verify cleanliness and complianceReviewing and approving cleaning records, room activity logs, and scale verificationsApproving room and equipment releases prior to useMonitoring in-process controls and responding to deviationsSampling raw cannabis, packaging labels, and finished productsInspecting documentation to ensure adherence to GDPApplying status labels (e.G., Approved, Quarantine, Release)Supporting the Quality Manager with additional tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For1+ year of experience in a scientific or cannabis-related fieldFamiliarity with safe food handling (HACCP experience is a strong asset)Strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingProficiency in MS Word, Excel,
